I am absolutely obsessed with Turmeric! I incorporate it into my life every day, but my discovery of this mystery spice was actually out of necessity! Swelling and pain was leading to WAY too much ibuprofen, tylenol, etc. An amazing colleague of mine mentioned turmeric and I absolutely fell in love. As a dancer, my body is always swollen and achy. By taking turmeric every day, I no longer needed a daily dose of stronger anti-inflammatory drugs! It has been life changing for me and I know it can be for you too! Here’s how I incorporate it into my diet:
- Take capsules! It literally doesn’t get any easier than this! Take a capsule a day to receive all of the wonderful benefits to turmeric!
- Try a boost! Add a boost powder to your morning drink! I like to throw it in my protein shake or smoothie! It’s a better way for your body to digest it and still super easy!
- Add it in! Incorporate turmeric into your diet by adding it into soups and stir-fry!
