This delicious Kale smoothie is super easy to make for a quick, but healthy breakfast, lunch or snack.
- Kale (Lacianato is used here)
- Frozen organic strawberries (or any frozen organic berries)
- Organic Banana
- RAW Protein powder (Vanilla flavor is my favorite)
- Almond Milk (Unsweetened Vanilla)
I like to add strawberries and almond milk for natural sweetness and banana for texture. I use Lacinato Kale for this smoothie, but any type of Kale will do. RAW protein powder gives it an added boost for a post-workout snack. Ice is optional, but it will make your smoothie thicker. Blend it all together and enjoy!!
