How to do it: Double leg!


Begin by bringing your legs to a table to position, your spine in imprint and your head and chest lifted off the floor. Your arms are reaching down you sides to your toes. Inhale and hold this position. As you exhale, bend your arms through and reach your arms and legs out and away from your body. Maintain your imprint position at all times! Only allow your legs to go as low as you can maintain your low back on the mat (imprint). Inhale go back to your starting position and repeat!
